How to Be a Super Host

You must have 4.8 stars at least to be a super host, which helps in search results. I would say though that 4.8 really should be the goal because that gets you listed on super host,. Even if that doesn't necessarily improve your nightly rate, at least I'm confident it would get you more bookings. So it would increase your occupancy. It's just don't cancel on guests. That's common courtesy. There's nothing extra you should be doing.
