Is the Constitution a Catholic Constitution?
i think it would be lunacy for social conservatives and catholics in clar to try and say, ok, now the constitution is a catholic constitution. You know that our constitution, the system can go horribly wrong when we lose that. i'm not saying courts should interpret the law s differently based ness. But i think it's the spirit of thinking about how shall we carry out our own roles in this constitutional system?
