Suspension of a Lawyer

The suspension, i believe, was vastly more political move in a safeguard to protect the public from an unethical lawyer. You cannot suspend a lawyer without due process. The bar committee and the courts just ran rough shot over him. I don't think he did anything, to my mind, that was in violation of the rules of professional responsibility.
