The Italian Renaissance and the History of Philosophy During the Reformation

Bruno represents a kind of interweaving of historical and philosophical developments between Italy and Protestant Europe in this period. He tries very hard to be a peacemaker but he's so cantankerous that what he wants with his heart and what he says with his mouth are often at odds. Next we're going to be turning our attention to the northern Renaissance and the developments that occurred in the history of philosophy during the Reformation.
