You Can't Row the Boat, Right?

A leader has to customize his or her approach to every single lition. People that can't row at the same speed in the same direction just aren't going to have a seat on the boat. The more you do get to tweek, then you'r particular approce richt to what you want to do. If you're not into it, only we not work here. I think that's what fixes a lot of that.
