Getting the Most Out of Your Workouts

Sensali: I intuitively had the sense that if you want the best from me, you want me moving. If visual is needed for the work that we're about to do, often, let's do it. i'm going to be outside with the head set on where i am now,. likely hiking in the mountains and that's how we're going to have this meeting or brain storm. And not only does it allow me to move my body and get all the psychological benefits of that, but i also really feel like it helps the workout putyes, it's so amazing.
