I like talking with people who are trying to improve themselves. They're not necessarily obese but they haven't realized the importance of exercise in moving more as you get older. I think that's one of the most important things that we don't talk about as coaches what if we just focus on the physical and wedon't talk about the mental where that person who has never succeeded in this before maybe has tried a few times and failed. You can't ignore that so you need to rebuild that from scratchlike you need to develop into a person that says when I do something or when I say I'm going to do something I'll get it done.
