The Importance of a High Salt Diet
There's some nuance to this, but I also think there's a lot that we still don't know. The idea that everyone should consume 2300 milligrams per day always just seemed odd to me. For someone eating a high sodium diet, it might be similar in terms of sodium density. But as you know, like we all, you know, we have different body mass and physical activity levels.
