When I left academia, the same thing was part of my identity. So now that I am out there in the world, right, learning more things from people who work in a different environment, it has increasingly become important for me to think more about the world and to share these experiences with you. If we don't do our job, right, if we don't think critically and articulate our thoughts and build solidarities for change, for inclusiveness, for love, then who is going to do that?
