Ransom's data protection regulator leveled a $5.4 million fine against TikTok for allegedly making it difficult for users to opt out of their tracking. Researchers at Sentinel-1 identified a group of pro-Russian hackers known as No Name O57 who are using Telegram and GitHub to launch DDoS or distributed denial service attacks. The group has been targeting candidate websites in the Czech presidential elections, as well as businesses and organizations in Poland and Lithuania.
