Identity Belonging and Purpose Highs and Lows

Cara: I struggle with feeling like an inadequate mom. And so when my child is developmentally appropriately pursuing friends, it can make me feel like, oh, this child doesn't want to be with me. So identity belonging and purpose has actually given me language to talk about this in a way that's been really humanizing for our family.
