When people often quote pal grams, you knowd things that don't scale. One of the big things that steart did in the early days was to literally get his individual friends on to using slack and on boarding them one on one. Eventually it's not even, you just can't grow faster than ten % or five percent doing something that's that manual. So then what you end up deeding to do is, first, and idgrest this in sort of the tipping point section of the of the book, is to figure out how do you scale repeatedlyt.
