Are We Better Off Achieving a Five O Four Plan for Behavior Intervention?

I'm seeing more commonly among elementary students is the emotional disregulation of eight h d, and how that can cause a behavior problems. Are we better off pursuing aur behavior intervention plan, or canbe addressed in a five o four plan? I don't really see behavior being addressed in aFive O Four plan directly. But there are things you can do, smaller things.
