Is There a Dilemma Between Fast and Not Fast?

Is there a dividing line between fast and not fast? Ah, for i think it's context dependent. If you're oing like a biote, then it might be months or years. But if you're just doing something that's pure soft ware, and you could build pretty quickly... You want to see your iteration cycle on the order of weeks,. Like, major progress on the orders of weeks, if not months. And again, i know this a tricky i can't give you. Everyone always pushes me, like, what's the actual metric? It's just per context dependent, right?
