How to Stay Current on JavaScript Fundamentals

A lot of my time lately has been spent playing and learning with some of these different frameworks. I've gone most recently in the view world with NuxJS, 3Mix, Quick and with Solid. And they're all cool for their own particular reasons. But it takes a lot of knowledge and experience to understand what it is that makes them different.
