The Failure of Spotify Backstage
Spotify backstage is something that comes up a lot with people on this show and platform teams across the industry. The failed attempt to roll out spotify backstage was largely due to a couple of reasons, Timing being probably the biggest one. If you don't have a good coverage of IAC it becomes really difficult to launch such an initiative. It's now in a much better state to adopt on the basis of infrastructure's code and get ups.
