Are You a Bad Tracker?

LZ Granderson: Tracking might make you feel bad or lower your self efficacy. He says there are certain types of tracking that may be warranted to do as little experiments and data gathering exercises. But when they're not serving you, he says, you can leave them behind and either track something else or stop tracking entirely for a while. LZ: I would like to know, listeners, if you are in a planner or you like to use digital tools, what are things that you have tracked that have served you in a positive way?
