I think a lot of people underutilized LinkedIn in content creation. Even with a free account, maybe you get up to like 50 credits or maybe not that many, but you should be able to send at least a few free DMS out and connect with recruiters. You can go to just like go to the search, look up like recruiter or software engineer recruiter, tech recruiters. And if any of your connections engage with that content by liking it or commenting it, then their connections will see it,. Their connections that care about their content. That's how that can work.
