The Power of Giving
Bodhisattvas do not sacrifice their enlightenment for the sake of all sentient beings. The idea was so dominant throughout tourist test books and even in Dharma teaching centers when you couldn't find that anywhere in a Buddhist text. There are some very rare exceptions in Yingma Pah Yigcha, for instance, there's a shepherd like Bodhisattva who shepherds everybody else into salvation like his flock before he himself enters.
