Bertrand Russell advised Britain strongly to become neutral he said we can do for the world much more as a neutral country than as empire that no longer existsthat the poodle of the United States so anyway this is my view I would diversify outside the Anglo-Saxon block if you have assets in Canada the UK the US Australia is basically one and the same.
