The Role of the CIA in the Russian Confessions

Henry Murray, the guy who administered this test to Ted Kaczynski when he was 16 years old, went to Russia purposefully to study interrogation techniques. He and his colleagues were all studying mind control and things like that. The point being they went there as professors who were supposedly not connected to the CIA. I don't know what they came up with and what they brought back, but it wasn't nothing.
