Are They Ready to Add to the Draft?

The Orioles have said they want to be in the playoffs this season. The team has a deep system that would take some doing to part with, but it's not like they're in a position where they necessarily have to part with marquee prospects. I think James McCann is a little more stuck in place than other players and there isn't quite as clear of a challenger coming up for the first-place spot.
