The final thing thanks for sharing these three steps. Yeah please rewind five minutes and then make notes of the last five minutes because they were super helpful. The book you mentioned about rituals for virtual meetings. If I'm getting the title correctly I love the book really good book a lot of examples of small rituals that you can do. And one example that I can add just to show how simple this can be is a ritual of saying goodbye on zoom meetings on virtual meetingsI took this from the book. Taking something as small as ending a zoom call you could already turn that into a more fun more connecting more meaningful activity more intentful.
