Leverage, I'm Engaged in the System
I'm alurgic to debt. At my first marriage, we got so up to eyeballs in debt. It took me years to work out from that debt. And i think as someone who wants to maintain wealth, maximiss wealth, i'm theoretically obliged to consider leverage because everyone else is considering leverage. So you can be super responsible, not take on leverage, and then you will lose t the country it does. I don't see that it could have gone any other way. There's an inevitability to the system that we're in.
