It's an interesting policy move because I feel like, you know, we talked about how there's a collective action problem in legal. Cravat decides what everyone's going to get paid and then everyone follows on. This very much feels like a bold gambit out of Scatter Because they are saying everyone needs to come back to the office Monday through Thursday. If other peer firms don't follow on, that's where all of that talent is going to go. It certainly I think it hurts them in the lateral market.
