Dressing Appropriately

I think it's a sign of respect to look like you made a modicum of effort. And then sort of on the other end, there's a discrimination for both men and women. Pretty aggressively, it starts younger for women. So it's not necessarily a gender thing. It just makes it harder for them to be taken seriously in terms of their leadership qualities.
