Adrian Hahn: What do you think is the motivation for Amazon to introduce these games to its workers? You just mentioned working harder, faster and longer. What kinds of activities does this create among the staff that suggests that they are being monitored? Are there performance reviews based on... Yeah, so workers have said that they get bonuses in the game if they return from breaks faster.
