Christopher Summs is a wanted fugitive from California, though it is not known what for at this time. Police tracked down the man walking around, still muttering to himself. When they arrested without incident and ask his name, the man replies, I'm the Holy Spirit. He's facing charges of aggravated stalking and attempting a residential burglary. If you open that door and then in court, they will say he was mentally ill. And he will serve some time. That's the way that works. Stay paranoid.
