I have a checklist that I run through for every single writing assignment. It starts with a mega outline where I just plopped in every idea, everything I might use in the actual piece. And then I create archipelagos of ideas where I start making broad themes and headers that all have relevant ideas get put under them. Then I outline so I start ordering those ideas under the archipelagos in the order I want to introduce them in. And then finally that's the step after I've outlined where I start rough drafting, and then I rewrite and then I got feedback from someone else and then I rewrite again, proofread again, and then finally it's ready to record or
