Facebook knows that people is buying stuff online because those stores and websites are using Facebook Pixel to track that. The other one, for example, is the public that has high income. If I want to bring businesses, I need to do some filters more related to specific behaviors than to interests. People that likes Rolex, Gucci, Louis Vuitton normally are those that don't have the money to buy those products, but they love the brands.
