The Role of Belief Reporting in Psychology
I think theories as much as they are techniques. belief reporting is similar to focusing in that it's trying to get at what you kind of deeply Uh feel is true or like think in that moment instead of the thing that you would write on a test or tell a teacher or or say in order to get social clout Or whatever. I'm generally skeptical of studies But I'm also more philosophy inclined. Do you use all of these daily or the more Practices you use when certain problems occur in your life or how do you integrate this into your life?
