The Marines Rescued the Marines in Lower Manhattan
Two Marines civilians by day had put on their camouflage fatigues and gone down to volunteer in lower Manhattan. The men got the attention of NYPD emergency service officers and paramedics who started a valiant rescue effort. "Brave individuals that broke through the line when nobody was allowed you know I thank them every day in my mind," says Jimenez.
