Smoked Eel - Is There a Variation?
I was like, the way you've written the recipe, because I think there's a lot of care has been applied is quite simple. And we did ask some guests, like, is there a twist or a variation? I think you're like, no absolutely not. But if you can't get any yields, I think you said that smoke mackerel be permitted. Any great smoked fish will be delicious. Like really good smoked trout, I think is lovely. Because no one can afford real smoked salmon, the wild smoked salmon. Given its scarcity and its price is probably the clue that we shouldn't be eating it at all,. until that poor, benighted fish is restored
