Is There a Framework for Building a Second Brain?

Tiago forte an owll: Having a unified framework is really useful. But i think what is often missing from this, and why the frameworks end at being criticised by people like us who care nuance. When i was in my cohort of building a second brain, it was i well, how do I do this? Well, how do i do that? Tell me what i should do. And there is a huge risk in getting some one else to tell you what to do because there is absolutely zero nuance.
