The Fourth Amendment and the Right to Privacy
There's a thing, and I think that's the fourth amendment a lot of photographers know about this, which is like reasonable right to privacy. And so I'm not a lawyer and I don't know the exact thing, but that part of that is like, if you're just out in public that you don't really have a reasonable expectation of privacy because you're walking down the street or whatever.
