On iOS, you have widgets, those apps aren't running. It's the same thing where they are periodically asked for updates and the app gives iOS a timeline to say, all right, show this from this time to this time,. And again, that app servers can send a push notification requesting an update. There's limits, there's throttling, et cetera. So anything they do, first of all, it makes perfect sense to bring that system more to the watch because it does what the watch needs. But if there's no other major advances like more frequent background updates, more, you know, a more robust system to request updates, higher limits on how much CPU time
