Each step tends to become bigger as you build confidence and build discipline. You start off kind of slow, but it's definitely this snowball effect. The smaller steps first and build into it. Yes. And so there is no wrong answers. I've seen this time and time again with clients where somebody would hire me and say, I'm only working out once a week. But the average person two or three days a week along with this kind of balanced self care model of nutrition is very sustainable forever.
