The Power of Prayer
When Jesus calls bread daily bread, I wonder if he is encouraging us to think of it in a more spontaneous way. Our bread typically, just like the rest of our food and our house and our clothes, didn't just show up today. In prayer, I take that object and I change my relationship to it. And I treat it as a gift from God that showed up today.
