The Ultimate Vision of Running

Identify what that ultimate vision is. Pick a starting point and make it reasonable where you're starting off. Don't just try to do the habit, monitor it closely for at least a month. Every one has a lot of habits - i don't have a ton of band-aids with which to track them all. I like tracking by all means, but not that much so  I don't want to be monitoring 50 different habits at once.
