The Anarchist's Response to Confucianism

There's no suggestion in here that civilization is unnecessary or burdened. There are places where the ideal ruler doesn't rule by doing anything. They just set an example as the virtuous one. But they're still that suggests there's still an order. The anarchist doesn't think that there's not going to be any order. How's all going to work?
