Will the Loss of Global Welfare Continue?

I'm more concerned about the way these things get played out in the narrative that we all live in. The degree to which it is framed in antagonistic ways, both in China and in the West. These are the interests of governments and government players on both ends. So far at least, I see just surprisingly little in the data. And what I'm not sure about is it takes a little while and over time it'll change.
