Houses come on the market on wednesday or thursday. Showings a friday, saturday, sunday for 15 or 30 minutes. That's all you get to make a 500 thousand dollar decision. And then offerser du sunda night or monday morning. You if you want to win your bid, you are waiving your inspection. Not just saying, i'm going to have one for information purposes. You're saying, i won't have one
