Are Analysts Always Wrong?

How often are analysts fired because they're wrong? I think that's difficult. It has to do with like the charisma of the person and perceived power how much they are liked by management. The other problem is if they're wrong in a way that management always likes that's like the that's the siren call for analysis right.
