Henry's eagerness to get rid of Anne seems to be confirmed by the fact that he married Jane Seymour just 11 days after Anne was executed. A few months later Jane became pregnant, but the fetus wasn't considered healthy and viable until the mother felt it move. But there was no doubt about her legitimacy as Queen.
