How to Start a Conference in Portugal for International Interests

Before UXLX, I ran another conference who was run by a non-profit association. Luke Robluski came for the first time to Portugal for that conference in 2010. And we had Bill Scott and Peter Marhols and Kevin Chang here for that other conference. So I started with that track, and then I thought that we had space for an event entirely focused on UX.
