As you learn a new skill, like even to play, play a song on the piano, for example, you overshoot madly. Youve makein all sorts of mistakes begin with. And then the mistakes, they disappear. So when kids babble, because they start babbling when they are quite young, they babble every human phonim that adults can't say.
