Is It Important to Exclude Common Causes of Gate Impairment?
When it comes to examination, the most important thing is a really good description of the gate and what it looks like. I try and do a tinnitus gate scale on my patients in clinic. You get good at it when you know about it but when you start to do that, you start to approach gate analysis in a more structured way. PSP is something that does come up in this cohort. Park and Sony and features are important as well. So opulent dysbraxia I think is something I pay attention to because I don't like that in any path in normal raschiatnauts.
