She previously was regulatory counsel at cryptocurrency platforms Coinbase and bitFlyer, served as board secretary for the Virtual Commodity Association, and was AVP of regulatory compliance at Silvergate Bank. Hailey earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, and her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Business Law from Loyola Marymount University.
