How Do You Grow Trust?

trust is actually important in relationships, but i think that trust is a two way street. Its mutual trust is what you want. There is no such thing as unilateral trust. It makes no sense. If you do not trust the other person, they can sense that, and they will not trust you in turn. But i still disagree with bringing trust in at all. To think of it in terms of trust or distrust is a strange perspective. That's not a normal perspective. I maybe we should get clear on why you need trust. Why it's an objective value of what facts of reality give rise to the need forTrust.
