The deal sizes have never been higher in Canadian tech. The explosion wasn't caused by capital activity in Canada. It was caused by capital in the US that needed to go somewhere and it found Canadian companies. So there's a couple different things that's happening in acquisition financing. There is almost like an insurance program called SBA and SBA are insuring banks on their loans. You can buy a business with as little as 10% of its value, which means you're not going to be able to do multiple acquisitions at once.
